Honorary Membership is open to any registered Republican voter in Phillipsburg PROPER ages 41+. You have the ability to attend our monthly meetings, events, etc. but cannot vote in PYRC matters such as endorsements, elections, etc. You should have received a letter stating your Honorary Membership in the mail or in person.
